What is your favorite borsch recipe?
I’ve heard there are many ways to make Ukrainian borsch and nearly every Ukrainian family has their own way to cook it. Would you be so kind to share your family’s borsch recipe. I want to try and make it! 🙂 Thank you!
There is a restaurant in New York where they are serving Ukrainian borsch which is really delicious. I heard about it from a playing partner at fortnite who was from Ukraine. We were talking about the dishes there.
